Unique Design
Villa Aquina is uniquely designed as a villa for hosting groups. By that, we mean that Villa Aquina has several "social gathering areas" which help to insure your guests will enjoy their interaction that much more.

Dining Area
The incredible teak dining table was designed for groups up to 21 people, all with arm chairs for comfort. The Dining Room has a wonderful view and overlooks the coastline and the Princess Hotel to the south. Guests are repeatedly impressed when entering this large and beautiful room.

Infinity Pool With Swim Up Bar and Palapa
Another gathering area is the infinity pool and swim up bar, located next to a heated jacuzzi that can seat up to 10 people. The pictures speak for themselves. Oftentimes the palapa area is used for manicures and pedicures.

The Bedrooms
Seven bedrooms are available for guests. The owners keep the 8th room unoccupied. Two rooms are available on the top floor, one with jacuzzi and sunset views and the other with some isolation in a far corner of the villa. 5 rooms are located on the garden level below the main entertaining area.

Upstairs Bar
The upstairs bar known as 'the Rebar' is located next to a large and beautiful living room lit with onyx tables and the gorgeous 'Marina' ceiling fans.

Outdoor Theatre
A unique feature of this villa is an outdoor theatre that seats up to or maybe we should say lays up to 18 guests under the stars. There isn't a better way to watch a movie than this.

Billiard and TV Room
There is also a billiard table, bar and TV room located off the main stairway on the way down to the garden level. There is satellite TV available with over 100 U.S. channels available.

Internet Access
All the rooms are hardwired for high speed internet access and wireless access is available, but normally kept unplugged.

Each room comes with remote control ceiling fan, air conditioning, refrigerator and high speed internet connection.

Maids Quarters
Located on the bottom level of the house are three servants quarters with laundry area and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
